Who we are

Every Child in Class is a community-based initiative based in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what we collect when you donate or contact us, and how we protect the children and families we support.

  • We use this to process your gift, send receipts and share updates on how donations are used.
  • Card and Mobile Money details are entered on Pesapal’s secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.
  • We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Children and families

  • We publish stories and photos only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
  • We use first names only and never publish a child’s school, home location or other identifying details.
